Oranges?

If you are concerned about calcium, you should also take a daily supplement. (I saw Dr. Oz (on Oprah) a while ago talking about how important it is to take a calcium supplement ). I take a daily supplement with Calcium and D3

Vitamin Enriched soymilk, soycheese is good, some fruits and vegetables and you should also take a Calcium and Magnesium supplement during breakfast once a day :)

(they're little swallowable things)

Almonds, calcium sulfate-processed tofu, broccoli, bok choy, okra, sesame seeds, quinoa, lentils and other dried beans and of course anything enriched or fortified with calcium, like soy milk or orange juice (not all are fortified, so check the label).

Good vegan sources of calcium include almonds, black beans, broccoli, calcium-fortified orange juice, collard greens, great northern beans, kale, kidney beans, mustard greens, navy beans, orange juice, pinto beans, sesame seeds, soybeans, soymilk, textured vegetable protein (TVP), and tofu.
