if you want to go for it if you dont then dont
i would not got vegetarian because your body needs meat
but its your choice

Go for it ! I say if you want to you should ! If you eat properly you'd be fine. You eat meat substitutes like fake meat; Veggie Burgers, hot dogs, slouvaki, and even fake ground beef. There's everything out there. Also beans, nuts and tofu are another great way of getting your essential proteins. But since your concerned, before fully switching over, you should read up on it and try some foods. Just make sure if you are going vegetarian you get foods with lots of protein, like I listed here.

Well, if you decide to became a vegetarian, you must have a healthy diet. Make sure you get your protein from peanuts, beans especially and eat a lot of fruits and vegetables. I watched a video on the Internet too and almost became a vegetarian. I feel so bad for those animals!

Good luck either way!

I think we should just make better ways to get meat. instead of those nightmare houses. I would use a farm, and give the animals a normal life, and use a gun to shoot their head to make sure they aren't alive during food processing. I think I'm gonna puke from that video.. I've seen better milk plants though. the animals have room to walk, and they only go in a milking machine when they feel like getting milked. I like that one better.

Edit.
I can't rally go vegan since, if I eat too many nuts of any sort, I get really bad stomach aches

Well, it's really a personal decision. There's nothing about being a vegetarian that implies that it has to make you unhealthy, you just have to be smart about it. Peanut butter and other nuts and legumes are important sources of protein, and if you want to be vegan you should at least take vitamins, especially those with good sources of calcium and iron. And of course if you try and its obvious that it is unhealthy for you (extreme fatigue, etc.) stop, and maybe even go to a nutritionist if its something you're serious about. But honestly, I've never had a problem with anemia after becoming a vegeterian, and so long as you take care of yourself you should be fine :)
good luck.

steps to take:

1) figure out what you like to eat now,
2) make the things you like to eat, but without the meat, use beans, soy, fake meat etc.. by getting loads of beans you will get your protein, iron, and fiber
3) find loads of veggie recipes, and things. - its really easy now
4) try it for 3 months.
5) see how you feel after the three months. do you feel better for making the change?

remember this is your veyr personal choice! you have to see if thsi works for you.

Are you allergic to peanuts? You should get that checked out.

Heck, go for it, if that kind of stuff doesn't agree with your stomach then you should make the change. i have a cousin that is a vegetarian, and he comes to my place for thanksgiving. well there was one time that he brought some tofu, and other vegetarian foods, and i didn't even know that they were. Even if you don't eat meat, you can still get your protein from nuts. so GO FOR IT. It is your life not anyone Else's.

As long as you eat a balanced diet with enough calories, you shouldn't become anemic. Make sure you get protein (beans and nuts).

Well it's your choice to make, but going vegetarian is a simple, powerful way to prevent the kind of cruelty to animals shown in the Meet Your Meat video.

As long as you eat a variety of foods (fruits, vegetables, beans, nuts, grains) you'll be fine health-wise. There are many vegetarian foods rich in protein and iron - see http://www.tryveg.com/cfi/toc/?v=08sourc... for a list. Taking a multi-vitamin is also an easy step if you're concerned about becoming anemic.
