well..i take every type of veg food like fruits, vegetables, grains and milk in my diet...but i never listen this word fruitarian...please don't mind it...

I was at one time. About 2 years, then I went back to meat. I have get back on it. I can tell you that I never felt better in my life! I lost weight and had tons of energy. Breakfast-2 or 3 peaches, Lunch-An apple and some grapes. Dinner, a fruit salad-Pinapple, grapes, cut up pears, peaches, any fresh fruit will do. I used to make 'Fig juice'. Just soak a bunce of figs in a large container, cover well with water, soak in the Fridge overnite or longer. I would then pour some over my fruit salad. Read "FIT FOR LIFE" It has some great fruit tips.
