Beans, beans, the musical fruit,
The more you eat, the more you toot!
(Fiber, dude....)

Beans are an excellent source of fiber!! Most people need more fiber! They also keep you filled up for a long while!

protein and fiber

Beans are a good source of low-fat fiber and protein. Nuts are an excellent source of protein, but are higher in good fat.

Well, they a good source of protein but you knew that if you are a vegetarian. They can be fixed in a myriad of ways so it's not like eating the same old thing over and over. They have lots of iron and are loaded with fiber.

Beans are amazing, there excellent sources for fiber, protein and a great replacer of carbs like tators, check out some other veggies like parsnips, beet root, there great, tasty veggies that have a lot of vitamins and are so much better for you then potatoes

You've probably heard that beans and rice are a complete protein. That's good enough for me as a vegan, and if you are vegetarian or vegan it'd be a good idea to include these. Not to mention if you go to any bulk section dried beans and rice are nice and cheap!

i believe that they have fiber and protein. and hey taste very good depending how you make them.
