How to become vegetarian?!
Answers: like how do i start? and are there any good recipes?
I decided about 6 months ago to become a vegan and haven't looked back. There were 2 things that REALLY helped me do this. One was the set of books called Skinny B*tch, I picked them up one day last year and it was a huge wake up call. They are strictly vegan references but I'm sure they'll help you out too. They have some great recipes in the cookbook (Skinny B*tch in the Kitch). Oh just beware they do use a lot of inappropriate language, so I hope you aren't offended too easily. Also www.tryveg.com has an awesome one month starter plan and great recipes for all occasions. And you can order a free vegetarian starter kit from www.goveg.com. Good luck!!
yes and very good rep.s stop eating meats
JUST STOP EATING MEAT!
Try foodnetwork.com. As for starting, you should make sure you're getting enough protein by eating foods like peanuts.
http://vegweb.com is a good website for recipes, as they are all reviewed so you can tell how likely it is to be good or not
good luck!
you can start by just not eating or drinking milk products and not eating meat.
Don't Start with recipies because ones that contain meat, fish or poultry always taste better. Start with mental conditioning.
Make a list of animals that eat meat, Hyenas, Vultures, Wild Dogs, etc. See if you want it said that you have anything in common with these creatures. After you are convinced you are a much higher life form, then you can start looking up Tofu recipies.
That's great you're interested in going veg. Basically, start replacing the meat in your favorite meals / recipes with faux meats. See http://www.vegcooking.com/guide-favs.asp for a list of products.

I would recommend reading "Skinny B*tch." It's not what you think from the title, it's all about leading a good healthy veg lifestyle, and it's really smart, well-researched material. Another great resource is your local health food stores, most have nutritionists on staff that can help for free!
