Answers: i want to build good muscle and i should eat food that have many protein but i dont know in wich foods?
The best protien you can eat is Turkey.
Chicken is also an excellent source of protien.
If you are eating vegetarian, in order to make a complete protien you need to eat, rice w/ beans, the beans alone will not be a complete protien.
Drink lots of milk, eat lots of fruits and vegetables, stay away from processed foods like juices etc. its super foods that you want some of them are: SUPERFOODS= blueberries, walnuts, almonds, green leafs, spinach, broccoli, oats, oranges, pumpkin, wild salmon, dont eat atlantic its farm raised not good, soy,
go to an asian market and pick up a container of powder hot and soup mix, you add it to boiling water, then add a touch of vineger, lots of chopped tofu, sliced shiitake mushrooms, cut green onions, enoki mushrooms, these will be like eating meat its really cool, bring back to a boil, then stir in two eggs that have been mixed.
I also recomend that you focus on eating and pump lots of iron, thats what I did, my physique is naturaly husky, and I can put on wieght fast, but I think you should focus on strength and pumpin the iron.

Too many to list. Foods highest in protein are soy, beans, legumes, whole grains and dairy and eggs if your diet includes those.
That said-a balanced diet is the thing to help build muscle-a diet high in protein is only good for beating up the kidneys. Do a little research before you make dietary changes or you will cause yourself lots of misery.

Meats, Beans, and Various Nuts are your most valuable sources of protein if you want to gain muscle. Nuts are a big one. Don't eat too much meat, Its terrible on your body with its fat content.
