Consume more calories than you burn. Up your intake of good (raw, duh) fats such as nuts, olive oil, coconut oil, and avocado.
Well, raw diet doesn't mean that you can't eat butter, cream, olive oil does it?
Raw cream, the butter made from it, and cold-pressed olive oil are all raw . . .
Schmear butter on your dehydrated sprouted crackers.
Make lots of whipped cream, or cashew cream and pile it on fruit.
But raw food usually = very lean food and people.
You can gain weight on a raw diet, but it is kinda hard. You will probably have to eat a lot more food than you are used to.
You need to do a lot of research into raw food and make sure that you get a lot of proteins since you are probably trying to gain muscle, right?
You should also make sure that you eat plenty of nuts and fruits. You can try drinking a smoothie with your meals. If you don't mind a bit more fat, you can also put more oils into your food.
