Answers: ok i wanna be a vegetarian but my mom won't let me but im still wanna be a vegetarian im 13 years old what should i eat and cut off what can i eat when i go the mall or amusement parks thnx
when you go to places with your friends, - for food just say "without the meat, please". loads of stuff you eat already at those places do not have meat.
you can eat loads of good veggie food and get all your proteins and everything your body needs. - example ask your mom you make soup but before she puts in the meat, ask her to out beans in yours. and she can still put in eat in the rest of the soup.
1) Breakfast: cereal, toast, bagel, fruit etcs.. - this covers your daily carbs, better to have carbs in the morning versus at night.
2) Mid morning: yogurt, apple, protein bar. this will give you energy
3) Lunch: veggie sandwich, grilled veggies, veggie soup with lots of beans - you'll get your proteins and with the veggies, get your "a,b,c,d,e" vitamins.
4) Dinner: big spinach salad, or a leafy green salad, with a main course veggie dish. the salad covers your iron and more protein, with great vitamins. - b12
The main course veggie dish, - you can basically have what you want as along as it not to heavey in crabs. like don't eat loads and loads of paste or bread. but a little is good!

Meat, obviously. And if you're wanting the Strict vegan lifestyle, eggs, milk, butter and cheese as well - since they come from animals.
Not a good idea to get rid of all that protein at your age while you're still growing, but if you must, beans and a corn tortilla or cornbread eaten in combination equal a "whole protein." Do some online nutrition research and you will find that there are other veggie combos that also equal a "whole protein."
If your mum is concerned about your health assure her that the World Health Organisation says that a balancd vegetarian diet is the most nutritious. Pro vegetarian stuff about diet tends to get drowned out by the meat lobby, but it really is just propaganda. It is hard to be an unhealthy vegetarian unless you just eat junk food (just like a meat eater).
When I was vegan my mum told me that my skin looked a lot better.
First off I would ask why it is that you want to be a vegetarian. If you can't answer that question - which is very well a question that your mom is going to be asking you - getting her to even listen to you is going to be more than tough.
If it is just because 'every one else is doing it' - that isn't a good reason. It also isn't going to impress your mom and make her change her mind. Reason that I can write that - I am a grand/mother and I know these things. :)
Your going to have to be able to show her a valid reason why you making such a choice is valid within your life.
Your going to have to show that you know what it means - and that means that your going to have to know the subject. That means that you are going to have to research and understand the subject. That means going to the library and learning the subject. Use the internet - but understand that just because it is on an internet site doesn't make it 'valid' information - there are more than a few sites out that put out information as 'fact' when it isn't. Learn to know the difference.
I would suggest talking to your doctor. 'Some' will aid and help you - some won't. My doctor is from the mid-east, so if you have such a doctor, they are going to be more open to it than a doctor from a western perspective.
As to what you can eat when going out to the mall and such? Pretty much the same things that you did before - just without the meat. Most of the candy that you can buy has some sort of animal products within them - so that is going to be out. It really is that simple.
Some go with the approach of no type of dairy - but that is a choice that you can make. I go without dairy because my grandbaby is allergic to milk - so I just don't ever have it in my home. I have gotten totally used to the soy products - that the thought of going back to the dairy is not a problem for me. But that is again - your choice.
Few places don't offer some sort of fresh fruit or vegetables of some sort - or just take your own snacks with you in your bag. Apples, banana, pear - even a simple peanut butter sandwich. Your local store more than likely has a section within it that has a 'health food' section within it - just go in there and start reading the ingredients on the packages and find something that fits within your purse that you like is all!
It isn't hard at all.
But first really understand why and what it means with the choice before approaching your mom. If you can't make a case for why - she is not going to allow it - that I am sure of.
Why would you want to be vegetarian if you have no idea what one CHOOSES to eat and not eat?
