Low calorie foods?!

Question: I am a vegetarian, mostly vegan. I try to eat a low-calorie dinner. I am good at finding foods that I like that are low calories, but they make me very gassy ( yuck!). My fav meal is as simple as broccoli with spaghetti sauce w/ butter spray ( with no calories in it). I love veggies but I am tired of always feeling gassy.

What can I eat for dinner that is a good amount of food ( because I like lots of food.. that is way veggies are awesome), low if calories ( Like under 300), vegan, and not gassy!!

Help if you can please!

the gas is related to all the fiber in the veggies, and the only way to avoid that is to stop eating fibrous veggies - not good, right? but using beano will help out with the gas while still allowing you to eat healthy foods.

Just take a Beano tablet before you eat gas-causing foods. It is non-systemic. That means your body doesn't absorb it, but it just works in your intestines to stop gas formation. That way you can eat what you love and what's good for you w/o toot-toot-tooting all day long.

Some people get gassy from most veggies, especially broccoli. There is a product called beano. It is an enzyme in pill or liquid form. It works wonders! It breaks down the complex veggie sugars that are giving your digestive system such problems. No more gas.

I've tried other brands, but only beano has worked for me. You can find it in any drug store or health aisle in supermarkets.

well, when I fart, I just look at another person, and put the blame on them. - its that one second look to say - "that was you, farty pants". And then turn my nose away, and act all innocent!
