What food can a vegetarian man substitute for stamina foods like beef or chicken?!
Answers: i mean what food can they consume instead of general stamina foods (e.g. beef, pork, chicken, seafoods, etc) to enhance their sexual performance and sexual ability of a man.
Not a vegetarian myself, but your question caught my eye... Found the link below kinda interesting. I didnt know that you would consider most of those foods as sexual stimulants.

well i've been a vegeterian for 8 years and Im 16 years old. I eat lots of beans lol and there is fake meat (tofu) its like chicken nuggets and its really good!
LOL! I've never heard of those foods enhancing sexual performance... I've heard oysters and stuff like that, but never any of the other stuff.
I personally don't think food enhances sexual performance... well maybe strawberries and chocolate syrup and stuff like that... I'll leave it be what else DOES enhance the sexual performance because this is really the wrong place for that stuff. :)

your bodies ability to perform in any physical manner at its top peak/form will come if the person is healthy, eats properly, gets plenty of regular exercise, works out, drinks plenty of water, and rests when appropriately.. like sleeps a good nights sleep..
if he's vegetarian.. he should get his protein by beans, tofu, certain vegetables, grains, and nuts..

What's food got to do with sexual performance and sexual ability of a man. I've only heard of oysters as being an aphrodisiac. I don't think his problem is what he is or isn't digesting.
I know beef and pork restrict blood flow throughout the body, including the penis so I wouldn't use them as a reference. Citris fruits, soy, oatmeal, raisens, blueberries, and strawberries increase stamina.
