I daily eat lots of vegetable saladslike tomatoes carrot, raddish,cucumber?!


Question: during night .i used to previously eat agood meal during night for which i used to suffer from gas and acidity lot now both have gone,but i feel tired it has helpedme to reduce my weight also.whatother things are brter to regain my strenght

It will do you good. but if you feel tired or weak you can eat the breakfast like a king and lunch like prince. Then you will feel cent% fit.

Sounds like you need some protein or carbs. Try chicken, or lean beef or lamb, and an occasional piece of bread or a baked potato will help too. Dieting can be dangerous if you don't give your body what it needs besides plain veggies.

You're tired because you probably suffering from lack of protein in your diet. Have some baked chicken breast or baked fish. You can't live on veggies alone. Some lean meats, or if you're a vegetarian, another source of protein like peanut butter or dried beans, should be included in your diet.

I'm not sure that I understand your question, Are you saying that you get gas from salads?
I know things like broccoli and beans give many people gas and that can be remedied by cooking them longer.

If you feel tired, it's probably not protein, but calories that you lack. It would help if you would mention what type of diet you are on.

You might try juicing in the morning. A glass of freshly jucied vegetable juice or a veg/fruit combination is a powerhouse of energy and nutrients.
