Onion soup.

mix veggie bullion, water,a little oil and vegetables. boil. add any spices you want. simmer.... and your done.

Split pea soup. Just pour some vegetable broth in a crock pot, pour in dry lentils, add in some chopped carrots, a few pinches of sea salt and some cracked pepper - and in 3 hours you've got a wonderful split pea soup. You can't mess it up, if it gets dry add more broth, if it's bland add more spices.

three bean soup.

vegetable broth and a one pound bag of frozen miced stew vegetables..

Vegetable soup is pretty quick and easy.

Water, vegetable bullion cubes, any vegetables, tomato sauce(to thicken if you want more of a stew consistency), a little paprika.

Canned. Soup in general is pretty easy, but when I'm in a rush I use canned. Bad me.
