I would go with the vegetarian lasagna and the lettuce myself.

Living in Italy for next to 7 years - I have a THING for Italian food.

Keep a positive outlook about the eating.

You eat to live - not live to eat or look a particular way.

tomato and mozarella pasta bake

i love that :D !

id drop the whole n meat thing not all meat is unhealthy

mmm...stir fry tofu sounds scrumptious.
If the seaweed ramen is the koyo brand, that stuff's delicious! (if you like seaweed)

What lasagne recipe are you using? I'm in love with the spinach marinara lasagne from "Veganomicon."

oh no mozzarella? that is dairy.. comes from cows..ricotta cheese? more cow..

I would have Indian food whenever the choice is there... it's fantastic, ethnic, and spiced to perfection! :) I hope you win your battle with your eating disorder, I recovered from anorexia/bulimia and I'm a vegan mommy now! You can do it, I believe in you.

keep it simple something you no will go down abit better

I agree with Maggie-Ill take Indian food whenever possible! Hope you can relax and get to 'normal', take it easy!
