of course beans

spinach has 49% of protein - erm,, beef only has 25%. Spinach = its easy to make + its cheap!

spinach pizza, spinah pie, spinach in soup, indian dishes have spinach in them, spinah with feta cheese, spinach with three bean salad. spinach is great with your fav. dressing.

thats why popeye the sailor man ate spinach!

Beans,Beans the musical fruit, the more you eat the more you toot.....

Beans and more beans.

If you enjoy the flavour and texture of meat then why not try some of the mycoprotiens such as Quorn? It is readily available in most supermarkets, is in familiar forms such as 'chicken style chunks' , sausages and deli slices (like turkey or ham).

Mycoprotein is a nutritious member of the fungi family, as are mushrooms and truffles. There are lots of great things about mycoprotein so check out this site:

Do you have any idea how much protein you actually need, or are you just parroting what you hear everyone else say? You need to take responsibility for your own diet and choices and do the research yourself. Find out what you need and find sources.
Protein is in everything. How do you think the cow gets hers? Not through animal products.

You need to eat a wide range of foods in order to get all the amino acids that are needed to make protein in your body.
These include dairy, eggs, fruit and vegetables (especially legumes), lentils, mushrooms, grains and tofu. If you want to become a vegan (ie no dairy or eggs) as well, you need to educate yourself really well about diet otherwise you will become malnourished (not only in protein but other nutrients like vitamin B12). It can be done and can be a very healthy way of living. Good luck and get researching!

Beans ... but ounce for ounce you can't beat meat.

Beans. I find it hard to believe that fake Trace doesn't know how to beat meat.

Don't trust anyone here to solve your dietary issues. Your personal nutrition is important and you should ask your doctor.
