Are dried fruits and vegetables considered raw?!


Question: If they are "Sun-dried" or Dehydrated at a temps NO more than 104F. Otherwise then higher temps cooks & kills the enzymes & nutritents of the veggies & fruits.

It depends how they were dried. If they were baked, no, since the temperatures were too high to be considered raw.

If fruit is dehydrated at a very low temperature or sun-dried I think it qualifies as raw.

I don't think dried fruits and vegetables are raw, because they were cook.

sun dried is fine
