Plan your meals.

1) Breakfast: cereal, toast, bagel, fruit etcs.. - this covers your daily carbs, better to have carbs in the morning versus at night.

2) Mid morning: yogurt, apple, protein bar. this will give you energy

3) Lunch: veggie sandwich, grilled veggies, veggie soup with lots of beans - you'll get your proteins and with the veggies, get your "a,b,c,d,e" vitamins.

4) Dinner: big spinach salad, or a leafy green salad, with a main course veggie dish. the salad covers your iron and more protein, with great vitamins. - b12

The main course veggie dish, - you can basically have what you want as along as it not to heavey in crabs. like don't eat loads and loads of paste or bread. but a little is good!

im experiementing with vegitarianism at the moment. i eat at leats 6 serves of grains a day, 3-5 serves of fruit, 3-5 serves veggies, 1 or more protein replacement (IE: tofu, tempeh, Sanitarium Veggie Burgers/Schnitzal/ Sausage, Frozen Vegitarian Meal, egg*, cheese*) and dairy or equivilent in soy or rice milk (both fortified).

** Im a Lacto-Ovo Vegitarian at current.

:)

black beans are loaded with protein.

There is so much youu can eat.
Vegetables/fruit/fake meats/...
Do some research on the internet =]

vegetarian well you could eat more vegetables, and possible fruit if you don't eat much now.

Boca and Morningstar Farms make tons of delicious, microwavable veggie patties in lots of different flavors. I like to eat those if my family is having meat for dinner. As for lunches and such, I get my protein from dairy, soy, whole grains and nuts. Sometimes, I add a soy or whey protein powder to yogurt or a smoothie. Just aim for 50-75 grams of protein a day, and from a variety of sources.

eat normal food. meat is full of protien and it helps give u energy and it just keeps u feeling great. my advice is to quit being a vegetarian and just be normal.... like most people. u r ruining ur body and if u dont eat right u will form some kind of eating disorder.

the morning star fake meat is really good and loaded with protein.

eat a lot of nuts and fruits. Leafy greens and carrots... :D

Nuts, yogurt, milk, and cheese. They have protein in them.

There's a medicine that gives you protein? Lol.
I suggest you do some research and maybe educate yourself before you start spouting things off and using labels you don't understand.

fruit and vegtables.. salads. sandwhiches..roasted red peppers with balsamic dressing on a hard roll..its sooo good. Eggplant is a real healthy vegtable for vegetarians.
peanut butter and jelly? there are lots of veggies that you can do alot with, look up some vegetarian recipes, there is tons of stuff you can eat.

From a nutritional standpoint, chickpeas are an excellent source of protein, proteins that are devoid of purines, and are therefore ideally suited to those who suffer from gout. With respect to other legumes they have a higher fat content, which makes them more caloric; they are therefore not what one wants during a diet. However, they are quite rich in calcium, making them a good choice for combating osteoporosis, are also rich in iron, and are an excellent source of fiber. They're instead sodium-poor, which makes them a good bet for those on reduced sodium diets.
Try a middle eastern vegie dish, Its called Falafel.
Falafel are Vegie patties, Ball shape, made from crushed chick peas and parsley, they sell it in kebab shops, try it and if you like it you can make it? http://mideastfood.about.com/od/maindish...
its probably easier to use the can of chick peas..
Falafel is usually wrapped in pita bread with salad, and you have it with tahini sauce (sesame sauce),
this is a recipe for Tahini sauce: http://mideastfood.about.com/od/dipsands...
After preparing the Falafel and the tahini sauce, this is how you prepare the Falafel sandwich using some salad ingredients.

Another great recipe is Tabouleh, Tabouleh is a salad like no other. Made with fresh veggies, olive oil and spices, it can be eaten in pita bread, scooped onto pita bread, or traditionally with a fork. Try this recipe for Tabouleh, http://mideastfood.about.com/od/soupssal...
Try make a hummus, Hummus is a dip/spread that is made from chickpeas. Local supermarkets often sell it in the fridge/ dip section, try making your own, http://mideastfood.about.com/od/appetize...
You can buy the Tahini in some supermarkets, if you dont like the tahini (sesame sauce) you can try the recipe without it:
http://mideastfood.about.com/od/dipsands...
you can also try looking at this, Middle Eastern vegetarian recipes, http://mideastfood.about.com/od/vegetari...
