What are some quick and healthy vegetarian breakfast ideas?!

Question: (for teenagers?)

Answers: (for teenagers?)

Just about anything you would normally eat for breakfast- except meat... unless you mean vegan? But how about:

cereal, yogurt, fruit, eggs, a cheese omelette, toast, bagels, pancakes, etc etc.

Some favorites: a pumpernickel bagel with light cream cheese and a thick tomato slice
A scrambled egg and cheese in a tortilla
cold cheese pizza

weatabix, cereal porridge

smoothies are always easy and healthy. Throw some protein powder or other supplement and you'll feel great!

Porridge is great

Bread with peanut butter.
As for drink, take carrot and mix it with celery.

try cereal... high fiber ones are good but make sure to take beano before so you aren't gassy all day.

I got some 'Back to Basics' oatmeal bars - apples and cinnamon if not mistaken - that are really good.

Fast meal when your rushed and really fills you up.

Other things would be better - but you asked for "quick" and those are most def. "quick".
