Answers: dates daily in which way are ther good for ones health als tell me about almonds

I like garlic but eating too much is not good because it will break down daily vitamin intake and you could become anemic. Although it has properties to clean the digestive system, clean the blood stream, and limit smokers' cough, you'd still have to have a regular diet. Use between 2 maybe 3 times every other week.

Garlig is good for the digestive system. Many people have claimed miraclious healing properties from garlic

Dates I am not so sure about But they taste good!

Garlic is an antifungal, and good for the heart (but raw, terrible for your social life). Dates are good fiber I guess, and a complex carb. Almonds have protein, magnesium, and omega 3 oils.

garlic is a wonder food. it helps in controlling the following:
cholesterol, high bp and gas problem.

dates are good too, they are rich in antioxidants.

almonds (specially soaked), help in lowering cholesterol, prevents excessive dryness of th skin, and helps nourish brain cells. in some cases almonds help in controlling hair fall.

What?

Goof for u-
Garlics- lower cholesterol, general boost the immune system (and cause bad breath- so make sure u brush after eating!)

Dates- Rich in iron and calcium, and high in anti-oxidants

Almonds- Vitamin E (supposedly anti-aging), Omega-3 fatty acids (Good for joints, and keeping skin healthy).

Don;t eat too many - limit your intake. Too much of anything is bad.

Garlic is actually a "jack of all trades" when it comes to beneficial values. From cutting down cholesterol to acting as an aphrodisiac it has it all. You are doing yourself a lot of long term good by eating raw garlic, as most of the beneficial properties undergo a change when it is cooked. Dates are rich in iron, but also have a high sugar content. Almonds are high in protien, and are very good for your brain. However, they have high calorific value, and if you are watching your weight they are best avoided.

almonds are Good!

they taste delicious and helathy!

that's really healthy, but doesnt ur mouth smell after that?

yes it is good for Dr"s money health,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,hi

Hello,

Eating four pods of raw garlic is a good habit. It helps with cholesterol levels, immune system and many more.

This is the information that i found in search:
*GARLIC has long been considered a herbal "wonder drug". It has been used extensively in herbal medicine. Modern science has shown that garlic is a powerful antibiotic. Studies have shown that garlic (especially aged garlic) can have a powerful antioxidant effect.

Raw garlic is used by some to treat the symptoms of acne and there is some evidence that it can assist in managing high cholesterol levels.

*If you like, i would like to share one tip to eat garlic without worrying about the smell. Dip the pods of garlic in hot cooked rice (let it stay for atleast 10 minutes), eat them before your lunch / dinner. You will get all the benefits of raw garlic without the smell*

*DATES contain oil, calcium, sulphur, iron, potassium, phosphorous, manganese, copper and magnesium. In other words, one date is a minimum of a balanced and healthy diet. Dates are also rich in natural fibers. As dates are also rich in calcium, they help strengthen the bones. Modern science has also proved the effectiveness of date, in preventing diseases of the respiratory system.

Experiments have also shown that dates contain some stimulants that strengthen the muscles of the uterus in the last months of pregnancy.

*ALMONDS are a great snack with lots of health benefits. Almonds are rich in magnesium. It is needed for keeping the heart rhythm steady and supporting a healthy immune system. Magnesium also regulates blood sugar levels and promotes normal blood pressure.
Just one quarter of a cup has 41% of the daily value recommended for Vitamin E. Vitamin E helps your body to digest fat properly. A deficiency in Vitamin E can be very dangerous and lead to miscarriage, heart disease, impaired vision and loss of muscle mass.
Almonds are also rich in dietary fiber. Which is necessary for proper bowel function and digestion.

*Garlic is good for the reduction of chlorestrol , dates are a good source of iron ... esp..ly for women &
almonds are brain nourishing but beware !its calorific value is high & also it tends to elevate the chlorestrol level !!!
