Would you consider cloned animal meat vegetarian?!
ETA: That's because eggs ARE ovo and lacto/ovo vegetarian friendly. They are unfertilized and are essentially chicken periods, not chicken fetuses. However eggs and dairy come FROM an animal, they aren't an animal. Cloned meat IS an animal, whether it has identical DNA to another or not.
Answers: Meat is meat.

good question, yes. because the FDA says that they are going to clone the entire animal so they would still have to kill it to get the meat. If they had already killed the real cow and cut the meat out then cloned it, than yes, it is vegetarian. Still wouldnt eat it though.
Not at all, but I consider it horrible, a disgrace and extremely disturbing.
Wow!!! What an absurd question!!! A cloned animal is merely an animal created a different way than through natural procreation.
Absolutely not - still a living creature no matter how it was created
That would in no way, shape, or form be vegetarian. I suspect some would consider it cruelty to animals.
No because it is still an animal.
Hmm.. in my opinion it's not vegiterian because it's still comming from an animal and they have to kill the clone anyways.. so in my opinoon it's not.
No...clones are animals too.
cloned animals are alive, and they have to die to be eaten. therefore, they are not vegetarian.
unfertilized chicken eggs are not alive, and they do not have to die to be eaten. therefore they are vegetarian.
the fact that they come from an animal means that they are not, however, vegan.
Of course not. It's still animal flesh.
As far as the eggs go, they will never become a bird. That's the point that allows their use.
A cloned animal is still an animal, so no.
No
ANIMAL FLESH IS ANIMAL FLESH!!
No, I wouldn't. It still comes from an animal.
The thing about eggs being fertilized or not is a completely different matter.
A cloned animal still has to come from a fertilized egg/ovum just like any other animal.
