no they are healthy...they can either keep u full and lose weight, or help u build muscle...but that would cause weight gain but thats muscle weight, not fat weight...it wont make u fat at all...

u know im not sure but protien shakes were made to make u lose weight

protein is great for you body but you need fiber to help build muscles

If somebody told you water makes you fat/bad for your health, would you stop drinking it? Same goes for protein, it's an ESSENTIAL NUTRIENT for your body. And dude, almost everything has fat.

From what you listed in your ingredients, I'd say that's an amazing shake you've made. Keep drinking it if it makes you feel like it makes a difference, and always exercise and have a healthy diet.

Protein shakes (good ones at least) won't make you fat - they'll help give you energy and help you gain muscle mass. If you aren't working out, then they might make you fat.

If you're serious about building muscle with shakes, you should add creatine to them. You can buy protein shakes (those big tubs of premixed powder), but I would advise against doing that, since there are no regulations on what is put in it and they often include filler that will help put on weight...that isn't going to your muscles.

You should have it within two hours of working out for it to really help! Waiting four hours is too long; it won't do much good then.

they do not make you fat when drunken properly try getting a protien powder because the egg whites while they are full of protien they also weaken your imune systen try going to a bally total fitness i hear they have a large selection of protien powders and bars.
