I know this person who eat broccoli and caluflower all the time and someone told her that was not a good thing!


Question: Both of those foods are EXCELLENT for a person ~ UNLESS that person has a under-active Thyroid. Then all raw cruciferous veggies along with raw peanuts & soybeans tend slow it down even more.

two much of anything is bad. FACT.

example....Drink two 2-liter bottles of pure water in one sitting, and you will likely die from it.

I love broccoli/cauliflower cheese.

Tou should vary your veggies to get a good range of vitimins.

Depends on your blood type.
Type O blood does well with broccoli but not cauliflower, which steps on the thyroid.

It is best to eat a wide variety of greens and raw nuts to get adequate protein.

Its good, but it does give me wind, so not so good for other people !!
