I love broccoli/cauliflower cheese.
Tou should vary your veggies to get a good range of vitimins.
Depends on your blood type.
Type O blood does well with broccoli but not cauliflower, which steps on the thyroid.
It is best to eat a wide variety of greens and raw nuts to get adequate protein.
Its good, but it does give me wind, so not so good for other people !!
