Vegetarian or not?!
Answers: my friend is vegetarian, she told me that i should become one, i have tried it for 4 weeks and im not sure if to become one or not!!!!What do ya think i should do?
no,, you need meat there are certain amino acids that can only be found in meat .. some of them are in soy beans ,but but not all..and soy beans are bad for you, they are high in aluminium not to mention the hormones and fertilisers and pesticides etc etc.// and women need iron for their blood cause they menstruate and loose very rich blood and iron.
have you ever noticed that vegetarians look pale and skinny and have unhealthy babies.. I'm not against vegetarians they eat very healthy vegetables , i just think theres alot to learn about nutrition .first // i only eat certain meats, beef , kangaroo,, fish.and mainly oily fish like mackerel, mullet, salmon, rainbow trout, i don't eat pig at all, and no chicken, because of the way people treat and grow these animals.. its disgraceful..//// . wild chickens are good for you .. but pigs are too intelligent and we should not eat them,
go see a nutritionist and ask them they will say to have some meat , even a naturopath,, but dont just listen to what your friend says,, and also different naturopaths will have thier own opinions too..
I think you should do what seems right to you. Don't become a vegetarian just because your friend is and is pressuring you.
If you didn't have a vegetarian friend pressuring you, would you still consider being a vegetarian? If the answer is no, I think you've found your answer. If your friend and you got into a fight, would you still be a vegetarian, or would you go out and get a cheeseburger ASAP? That's the sort of things to ask yourself when deciding important things like this.
Well, i would. Have you heard of the news they started to clone meat , now i don't know whats wrong with that but its doest sound right.
it's more than vegetables... you need to eat beans for protein.. lots of beans and tofu. Do some reading at your public library about vegetarians... or start by being a part time veggie... that works for me... eat meat or fish 3 or 4 times a week and try veggie meals the rest of the time... can't hurt... might be enjoyable.. I don't miss meat when I don't have it...
its your choice
never let anyone choose for you.
its a good decision in basically every way, i started at 11, and i took it as a personal challenge and i knew it could only better myself, so stick with it
It doesn't matter what others tell you, you will do what you think is right.

First, don't do something just because someone says you should. Second, do you need to? You can eat meat to get the protein you need and still be healthy if you eat low fat meat like poultry and fish. After having a heart attack, I cut all dairy from my diet (it's worse for you than any other food group) and now only eat meat one or two times a week, I supplement the other needed protein with soy and other beans. I am healthy and my heart is as strong (if not stronger) than before.
It's up to you. If you like animals sure do it. But, if your like animals whatever then don't. If your only doing it because your friend is a vegetarian then don't do it. There is a flex vegetarian which is when you eat all vegetarian for the most part but then have meat every once in a while.
Only become a vegetarian if you truely believe in the cause and not because your friend tells you to. I have been a vegetarian since I witnessed the killing and later cooking of a chicken at the age of 4. I decided that, if I could sustain myself with vegetables without resorting to murder, I would.
However, I would never attempt to "convert" others. I think it is a very personal choice that must be made with information and a clear mind. You have to consider whether you really want to and why.
Good luck, whichever way you go!
i could never be a vegetarian, eating all those vegetables and all blech. plus it's harder to get the sufficient amount of protein and iron out of vegetables unless you plan on your meals consisting of mostly beans.
