Answers: mushrooms sauteed in olive oil, fried tomatoe, potatoe hash brown and toast.
Kashi cereal and rice milk with a banana.
Whole wheat toast or whole wheat english muffin with peanut butter, and a piece of fruit.
Tofu scramble with veggies, a glass of water and a fresh fruit.
bean sprouts, fruit salad and soy milk
1. smart bran with psylium fiber cereal(2/3 cup), soy or almond milk(1-2 cups) and a banana sliced on top
2. ezekiel 4.9 sprouted grains bread(2 slices) with natural peanut butter(the kind that is just peanuts and nothing else) or some other type of nut butter(2 tbsp), a banana sliced on top, and a cup or two of almond or soy milk.
hint: if you don't like banana, just eat some type of fruit.
FRUIT!!! Oatmeal is good too though.
