Some Burger Kings.. the one I worked in did so! Whether they still do I don't know. They'll probably make one on request. I once told Wendys that I'm a vegetarian. They said they got no qualms about making a vegetarian burger but they don't want to put it on their menu! Wendy's did make me a vegetarian burger they even let me see what they used! Almost the same as Burger Kings method but a tad different!
