I make this instead of egg salad sandwich! It's delicious! adjust the amount of mayonnaise and mustard to your own liking.

1 1/2 lb. firm tofu, mashed
1/2 cup vegan mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 Tbsp. mustard

? Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl. Spread on sandwiches or crackers.
