migrans
not vegitariasms

Those are common side-effects of serious migraines.

You should probably get that checked out by a doctor, my father suffers those ALL the time, and he has all the same symptoms.

It's probably not related to your eating, but you never know, you can always have your doctor check you out. It doesn't sound like anything that might happen due to poor diet (vegetarian or otherwise).

No that sounds like stress. just as long as you are getting your protein and dat in other forms. You sound like your getting a dose
but dont worry if anything the veggies should be makin u better :)

Could be pms, if you're a girl. Or a hangover. Or dehydration. Those are symptoms of a fairly wide range of problems.

Humans were made to eat meat, as is evident from our omnivorous dental structure. Lack of sufficient nutrients can cause a wide variety of symptoms. What you're describing isn't typical of iron deficiency, which is the most common problem with people who don't eat meat.

Drink a glass of juice and 2 glasses of water, take an asprin, and go to bed. If the problems persist more than 24 hours, see a doctor and/or nutritionist.

Vitamin B12 is not systhesized in the body and is derived from animal products such as eggs, milk and cheese. If you are a strict vegan and not living in a country where there are significant amounts of insect parts in the food supply and not taking a supplement and not eating B12 fortified foods, you might have a B12 deficiency. Take a vitamin and see if it all clears up. Or better yet, go see a doctor.

Like maggie said that sounds like a migraine. And that could be related to what you eat. Sometimes people have certain foods that trigger them,I discovered this to my cost when I ate grapefruit,I spent the next three days in bed wishing I could die quietly in a cool dark place. Keep an eye on your foods,if it's an irregular occurrence try cutting out certain foods until you find the trigger. If it's constant then it's probably something you're lacking, the headache could either indicate low blood sugar levels in which case try some dried fruits (glucose, fructose heavy foods) or lack of protein which is very common, beans are an excellent source of protein for vegetarians. If you've only recently decided to become a vegetarian it could just be your body adjusting,it will need time to accept the changes in diet.

No...you do not need meat...I think.

I would go to a doctor.

I hope I helped!!!!!! =]

not that i know of i am a vegetarian and that NEVER happens to me try going to the doctor i am pretty sure its not ur vegetarianism or whatever that word was lol i don't know how to spell it...=)
