Are these foods healthy for me?!
2. Tomato soup with half of a cheese quesadilla.
3. Lettuce with a little bit of cheese on top.
I know theres a lot of cheese, so don't say anything about it. =P
Answers: 1. A pack of cooked Ramen noodles. Cooked in boiling water, without the spice pack. Sprinkled with parmesan cheese.

Everything sounds very processed. It's not a tragic diet but it's not very nutritious, sorry.
If it was home-made tomato soup, you're probably in luck. If it was canned tomato soup (like Campbell's) it's loaded with sodium and other preservatives and has little to no nutritional value because it is pasteurized and processed to the point where it can stand around on a shelf for 2 years or longer and be fine. Try to do that with homemade soup! Hehe.
I'd suggest making your own, make a bunch of soup in advance from FRESH tomatoes and heat it up for dinner for the rest of the week. Trust me, the difference is staggering and you'll retain vitamins/minerals from the tomatoes. And, you can toss in other veggies too! Yum.
Ramen noodles and the tortilla/wrap the quesadilla were made in were probably white flour, and maybe even had corn syrup or other GMO (genetically modified) ingredients. Try going for whole wheat and whole grain ingredients - maybe instead of ramen noodles, boil up some whole wheat spaghetti and stir in the Parmesan. Try a pesto sauce too - pine nuts, fresh green basil and Parmesan.
The lettuce might be good if it was NOT iceberg - iceberg lettuce is almost void of all nutrients, it really pales in comparison to romaine and other lettuce varieties. Try adding other veggies to make a salad... it'll pump up the appeal, flavor, color and nutrients.
Sorry but I will put in my two cents about the cheese... A lot of cheese is obviously not good either, it has a lot of calories and fat. Choose other toppings, like salsa, a good pasta sauce or guacamole (which is also high in fat but at least it's GOOD fat, healthy fats, as opposed to the saturated fat in cheese - plus guacamole has vitamins/minerals from the avocado in it that are beneficial).
the cheese is the culprit. You wouldn't believe how much fat it contains. You can try getting a low fat cheese replacement though.normally made from milk solids.Hope this helps
1) is not that healthy. (even without the seasoning)
2) is ok
3) is healthiest.
Enjoy your meal!
Even unhealthy food can be enjoy once in a while. Just don't eat them everyday.
If i were you i would made me eat half a pack of ramen noodles because they contain a lot of sodium by themselves, even without the seasoning they are very salty. Maybe switch to fat-free parmesan cheese when you use it. Also maybe instead of sprinkling cheese on the lettuce use one of those wichbone Salad spritzers, they are good and low in calories and fat! I hope this helps you out a little!
Sorry...but the cheese part was getting to me....
But
1. I don't remember what the ramen noodles were made of by but themselves I believe they have a lot of sodium. So make sure you are watching how much salt you eat.
2. This one is good.....(sorry but i would rather have veggies than cheese).
3. Lettuce by itself is not very nutritious.....try to add a couple of more sources from the garden!
Hope this helps!
1. no
2. no
3. not if it's iceberg lettuce
what is healthy is things that come directly from trees or plants. i never saw a quesadilla or cheese or noodles growing on a tree or plant. healthy foods:
squash, broccoli, apples, leaf lettuce, spinach, grapefruit, sweet potatoes, beans, berries,
anything that grows naturally.
If the tomato soup is from a can it's loaded with sodium.
I'm seeing a distinct lack of fruit, vegetables, and protein... You need more fruit, veggies, and protein in your diet. It's not healthy to eat a mainly grain and fats/dairy (cheese) diet.
Ramen noodles have basically no positive nutritional value. Yes, it's noodles - but it's junk food noodles. If you want pasta, get real pasta - whole wheat or vegan pasta is the best for you. That way it's healthy.
Remember the basics of the food pyramid: you need to eat fruits, vegetables, protein, grains and a bit of (healthy) fats.
non of the food is really healthy - lettuce has really no nutritional value but gives texture.
the soup is ok but the cheese quasadilla is very high in fat
the ramen noodles has no nutritional value just carbs and made high fat with the cheese - try ading a cup of steamed vegies and a low fat cheese good luck
could be worse but not that great
