Cuz of milk?!
I drink soy milk though.
Today my friend made us mac n' cheese. She put a lot of skim milk in it. After we ate I got a stomach ache. I Almost threw up.. Could it be from drinking thee milk?
I know like if you are a vegetarian and you eat meat you will get a stomach ache.
Did I get thee stomach ache from drinking thee milk, cuz like, my stomach isn't use to it or something?
Or is it just a bug going around?
I know I'm making a pretty big deal out of it, but I just wanna know so I won't do it again.
Also, my school only serves milk, and chocolate milk, if I drink it, will I get a stomach ache? Usually I just drink juice, but it's getting old. :d

The milk didn't necessarily give you the stomach ache. If i remember correctly, the amount of milk that goes into mac n' cheese is minimal. It might have made you sick because you're so used to drinking soy milk that your stomach does not digest milk too well anymore. You could do a test where you drink a glass of milk on an empty stomach and see what happens. Also, the drug store sells lactose pills that allow you to drink milk if you're having troubles digesting it. That way you can take one before you drink milk or eat ice-cream so your stomach can handle it.
its cuz ur not used to drinking milk. just stick to soy milk and u will be fine
I have a feeling it's probably psychosomatic. That is, you know that you were drinking milk and that repulsed you, so you got sick from it.
Not drinking milk for a very long time can lead to an intolerance of it, but I'm doubting that that was your case.
Are you sure it was hygienically prepared? ;)
most people are somewhat lactose intolerant to begin with, and since mac and cheese is a dairy based food, you probably did get a tummy ache from it, especially if your body isn't used to cow milk anymore.
Well, it could be the milk but it could be anything from the macaroni to the milk to the cheese.. or any combination thereof.. Ask if anybody else got stomach aches..
or like Andro said, it could be the food preparation itself..
But since you don't drink it regularly anyway, it's not like you would be consuming lots of milk anytime soon so should not worry you too much. Just be more careful next time
