How can i gain weight slowly?Like 5-6 pound.?!

First, calculate the number of calories you need per day to maintain your current weight. Here is a calculator.

Then just add an extra 200 calories per day to that number. That would mean you'd gain 5-6 pounds in approximately 6 weeks. You can track your calories with a calorie tracker like FitDay, or you can just eat as you normally do, then add in one daily serving of something more calorie dense, like trail mix, nut butter, an avocado, or chocolate soy milk.

Eat more calories than you burn in the form of healthy foods and fats like avocados, olives, unrefined coldpressed oils (olive, coconut), nuts, fruits, vegetables, etc.

you can have my extra pounds :) lol..ok you have to increase the high calorie/fat foods.Just eat more peanut butter,nuts,beans,more olive oil on salads.If you want to add it in muscle;add rice or soy protein to smoothies and work out,that way you gain more weight and its leaner.

I wish I knew. Ive been trying to bulk up for years.
