yes, it's skin carries lots of good nutrients and vitamins. :) most people don't eat it though, because of it's fuzzy feel..so if that bothers or grosses you out then rub the skin a little with a paper towl or a sponge and the little "hairs" peel right off and the skin turns smooth...that's how i eat it :) bon'appeetttiittee! xoxoxox

I ate some of a kiwi's skin last summer and it felt like I had a splinter in my tongue. I never thought of rubbing off the little hairs before eating it. Good idea!

Yes, I wash it just before eating and don't dry it off, that cuts down on the furry feeling you get.
