All i ever eat is oatmeal soymilk fruit n vegetables?!


Question: and yet i can spend up to 1-3 hours a day on vegweb.com and allrecipes.com look at vegan recipes ..there is thousands yuet i cant get the guts to eat or make any of them//why why whyyy
all i eat is
1. oatmeal with cinamon and sesame seeds
2. fruits
3. vegetables.
3. vegetables steamed with tofu and soysauce (no oils on the pan)

water, tea, and soymilk

and how many calories have i ate today?
breakfast- 6am 1/2 oatmeal(150 cal) with about a tablepoon of sesame seeds and a dash ofcinamon
1/2 low fat soymilk(40 cals)
water
-tea. 7am green tea
-snack 8am 1 gala apple
and like 15 sticks of trident gum! :( [5 calories per gum= 15x5= 75cals]
-lunch 12pm 1/2 oatmeal(150 cal) with about a tablepoon of sesame seeds and a dash ofcinamon
about 1 cup of DOLE salad mix (iceberg, shredded carrot&red cabbage)
and 1 carrot
water

how many calories??????
and for dinner i will hve what i had for luch and maybeeeee add a small slice of tofu to the salad

There is tons of vegan foods you could it. It seems you are not getting your proper nutrients you need to get everyday. You need to eat more, try some of those vegan meals, motivate yourself for your health.

Here are some simple meal suggestions:
Breakfast: Fortified dry or hot cereal with fortified alternative to milk (such as soy milk, almond, rice, hemp, etc), with nuts and fruits on the side. Or you can have tofu scramble, or (vegan) pancakes/waffles with slices of tofu or tempeh 'bacon', vegan scones or muffins.
Lunch: Pasta with nutritional yeast 'cheese' sauce (it is better for you if it is whole wheat), sandwiches, pizza with either no cheese or cheese substitute, falafel pita bread sandwich with avocados and hummus, with a side of salad.
Dinner: Vegetable, black bean, or meat substitute burger with hummus, or mustard, or ketchup, or BBQ sauce, chili, pot pies, soup, beans and rice, sushi (yes can be made without fish and mayo!)....there's a lot more!
Snacks: such as nuts, fruits, vegetables, seeds, etc!

Please don't take this the wrong way but it sounds like maybe you're just lazy.

Vegetarian/Veganism is an eating disorder I think you should eat more healthy foods like pork.
