Vegetarian picky eater?!

Question: I'm contemplating becoming vegetarian, but I'm a very picky eater. I'm planning on substituting a lot of my meat, and eating a lot of pasta. Any good recipes for vegetarian pasta dishes. It would be preferably if they didn't include too many vegetables (I know it's good for you, but as I said I'm picky). Websites with good recipes for a picky eater would be great to. Thanks for the help!

Eat whole grain pasta, that will be better for you.
Cream and herb sauces give a lot of flavor without meat and veggies...but go light on the amount of sauce you use because it can be fattening-but if you make it yourself, use low fat cream cheese and fat free milk and your should be good!
Here's a veggie, meat free recipe that I make a lot (I'm really picky too! I don't like meat very much and the only veggie I like are potatoes! lol)

I also make a batch of these granola bars every week to help me get good things I need:

they are great for a picky eater, but pack in plenty of protein, fiber, vitamin E, Omegas if you add in Flax seed meal...it's got all kinds of good stuff, and they are addicting! :)

Baked potatoes are also good, make sure you eat the skin to, it packs a lot of nutrients.

Make yourself plenty of smoothies, you can add a couple scoops of vanilla protein powder.

Whole grain cereal is great for us picky eaters too!

Make sure you study your protiens, you have to match the right ones up, or your actually not being healthy at all!

Hearty pastas such as rigatoni or penne rigate are usually the best eats if you are not adding much.
Try infused oils: garlic, rep pepper flakes any herbs you like.
To infuse: Add herbs or flavors to oil and heat to 180 degrees DO NOT STIR- EVER! Once it hits 180 degrees- turn off the heat and let sit overnight. Strain the flavors and store the oil.
Good additions would be- sauteed vegetables, tofu and believe it or not- tofurkey isn't bad...I would have never guessed if i hadn't tried it myself.
Good luck!

cappellini with tomato cream sauce is a good easy recipe from http://www.veganyumyum.com
