do you like milk and cheese? theyre good sources of protein aswell. together with beans, and stuff made from beans, Soy-milk for example, or anything with Soy infront of it really. (with maybe the exception of soy-sauce)
seafood
you are lucky. stay just like you are. too many people eat too much. especially, too much fat and protein.
tofu, soy, edamame... those are the best sources of protein, containing less fat and cards than other types also.
try Silk soy milk, roasted edamame, tofurky deli slices, or eat tofu in asian dishes like Spicy bean curd.
Other vegan sources: seaweed, maca, hemp, almonds and other nuts!

TVP (textured vegetable protein... it's normally used in "mock meat" for vegetarians/vegans, but I guess if you don't like meat this isn't really going to help you!)

I suggest you look at the nutrition facts on the foods that you are interested, sometimes you find protein in certain breads. You can also try the protein bars, each one usually has 23g-36g of protein.
