Whats a good lactose intolerant vegetarian diet?!

Question: I'm vegetarian, but I'm also lactose intolerant.
I'm not very picky so I will eat just about anything.
I don't eat that much, though. The more detailed the better.
What I need to know is like, what for breakfast? what for lunch? What for dinner?
And I take a lunch to school so that helps a little bit. I don't really have time to prepare meals or anything so the easiest thing is best.
Thanks in advance =]

I would try rice milk which is better than soy milk when you want something easy with calcium. For breakfast you could have a ommelette that doesn't contain cheese or if you are vegan you can have a bowl of fruit. At lunch you can have veggie sticks and a sandwich of your choice according to your taste buds, and for dinner you can have some fake meats in moderation because they are processed foods. You could have that with mashed potatoes and brown or onion gravy and a vegetable side dish.

Use Soy juice for your substitute, or what is called soy milk. Soy is a great substitute.
