How do i prepare cooked carrots?!

Question: 1. Make peas and carrots. This is something my mom would make me as a little girl, I remember helping out when I was a toddler.

Just dice about a pound of carrots and add in one can of sweet peas. Put it all in a big pot. Add in 2 cups of water and simmer it until the carrots are soft - or use prepared, cooked carrots. If you had to simmer them, drain the water and add in 1/4 cup of melted butter (or dairy-free margarine, in my case) and 1/4 cup of bread crumbs. Stir it all together. Season with salt and pepper.

2. You can try honey-glazed carrots (or if you don't eat honey - I don't - try agave nectar in it's place). Prepare the carrots by steaming them, or if you must boiling them (but boiling will diminish the nutritional value). Glaze or drizzle the carrots with honey/agave nectar and it's done.

Peel, slice and boil. Add butter and salt to taste.

Steam carrots until cooked. The carrots should be firm without being hard. They should not be mushy. While they are warm, melt a pat of butter or margarine, sprinkle with brown sugar and drizzle a dollop of french mustard. Mix these ingrediants to taste. Be careful with the mustard; it can easily become overpowering.

I cut them into 1/2 inch slices (baby carrots). I boil 20 minutes or so until done. Add butter (spray butter to be healthier) and salt. Yum. So much better than canned carrots!

I slice my carrots and par boil them for 3 min, drain and shake off excess water lay on cookie sheet Take a
1/2 stick melted butter with 1tsp brown sugar a pinch of cinnamon drizzle over carrots bake at preheated oven 325 for 20 min, check to make sure they don't burn.
