Texas A&M loves to mess with things like this with vegtables - why I have never figured out.
I have seen white, blue - some other weird color for carrots.
I have also seen where they have messed with green beans and made them blue - just all sorts of weird things - that it seems that some within colleges love to mess around with for some strange reason.
