Answers: srry i just read that somewhere cause i cant drink regular milk so i drink soy milk

No. Soy foods have no harm to anyone who isn't allergic to them.

My wife is a registered dietitian working with a hospital. We eat soy foods all the time.

Dieititians are health care professionals who work closely with medical doctors. Anyone can call himself a "nutritionist."

no it doesn't

Soymilk does NOT stunt one's height. It's much better for you than whole milk. Tastes good too.

No, it doesn't stunt your growth but I read somewhere that eating or drinking too much soy can interfere with thyroid function.

only of your manhood
lol

kidding, I have no idea!

NO. my daugher is almost 2 and drinks soy milk. she's in the 90th percentile for heighth and people regularly mistake her for a 3 year old.

Hi,

Could you please show the link for where you read that?

Consider trying almond or hazelnut milk instead.

Soy products, and soy milk, will tend to step on your thyroid function... make you fat and tired and give you skin tags.
Soy also tends to block your absorption of nutrients from the rest of your food.
