Answers: Which morningstar products do you recommend? There are so many i dont know where to start

well, morning star products are super tasty!! They have delicious flavors which you can quickly learn to appreciate AS LONG AS you don't expect them to taste like meat! If they DO taste like meat to you, then that's great.. but if you expect it, you may have a harder time appreciating the delicious flavor they have.

I reccommend trying the corn dogs..they're great.. Remember the movie Princess Diary?? Remember the scene where Mia and her grandmother are eating a corn dog? That was a fake corndog, probably Morningstar, because Anne Hathaway is a vegetarian. Just a bit of trivia there, anyway, the corndogs are great

I also reccomend the bacon strips, "grillers" burgers, sausage pattiese, and griller burger crumbles.

It's all good.. but remember.. it IS highly processed, and, while aLOT healthier than meat, shoudl be used in moderation.. THe biggest mistake alot of new veggies make is replacing the meat they used to eat with too much fake meat, junk food, or cheese.. Those mistakes are why i was a 206 lb vegetarian!! LOL.. so.. go easy on Morningstar.. it's healthier than meat, but it's still fattening!!

A heathy vegetarian diet should put the focus on whole grains, legumes, nuts, fruits and vegetables...... meat analogues, junk food, dairy and eggs should be used in very careful moderation!!

oh man the "chik'n strips" are really good, i usually cook them in a pan with a little olive oil and garlic salt and put it on salad, and they are also really good with pasta and brocolli! the morning star website has really yummy recipes on it too!

Start with the burgers. There are many to choose from and they are quite good with lettuce and tomato. Breakfast links are a good choice also.

I personally don't like hamburger meat...not the taste...but the texture. I can bite into Morning Star products and know that I'm not going to get a bite of grissle or fat.

Good luck and check out Allrecipes.com for some great vegetarian dishes.

yeah. I'm not a vegetarian and I still eat their stuff like crazy. Veggieburgers are good. There is also a line of frozen foods called "amy's" that is vegetarian and they have some pretty good stuff.

there are lots to choose from.
i love the bacon ...gets really crispy..its great to top ur salads or even to make a B.L.T
i also love to buy gardenburger "riblets" oh mgosh sooo good
there are tons of varieties out there
i just went shopping and got "meatless meatballs" great w/pasta or bbq as an appetiser...u can even break it up for a hearty meatsauce or add taco seasoning and make tacos, enchiladas...
i also by Tofurky products these are great
toast some wheat bread, buy some veganaise, lettuce tomato, maybe pickle and some Tofurky luncheon "meat" its a great alternative to a turkey sandwich and soo much better for u
dont limit ur self to morningstar prods..try boca, yves, gardenburger, tofurky...so many good meatless alternatives
dont forget to buy soydream and soy joy prods as well
very good also...remember add as much fresh veggies in ur diet and whole grains, soups, beans , brown rice..
i found that becoming vegetarian has opened up a whole lot of new choices in regards to meal prep.
happy eating
good for u and ur choice for a compassionate lifestyle

I don't eat the morningstar products. I figure that there's no point avoiding meat just to eat a substitute.

well in all honesty im not to big with it
but the only product i really like would be the veggine "chicken" nuggets they are really good!
and umm other brands like garden burger hook it up with the meals! dont trip it'll be easy enough :]

That's okay but to really become a vegetarian the right way read some vegetarian recipes get the books from
library or buy them from your local healthfood store! also look at my blog in ca.360.yahoo.com/ddherbals you'll find some veggie recipes there!

No..not really, perhaps try making or buying pita's....They go delicious with salad, onion tomato etc. And even make a salad sub.

I am not a big fan of breakfast and hardly eat any. But when I do, I prefer large fruit smoothies (apple, papaya, watermelon, strawberry, mango or whatever is in season) with yoghurt and brown sugar syrup if necessary. I find that's enough to last me till lunch. Also, a green apple works better than coffee as a morning wake-me-upper, scientific fact.

The Chik-n patties and nuggets are great. So are the chik-n strips.

The mushroom lover's burger is great, and so is the tomato-basil pizza burger. For breakfast, however, I like Boca sausage way more than Morningstar. They have more of a sausage texture. Gardenburger has some pretty good boneless bbq ribs that are tasty too. Celentano's makes a really good Eggplant Roulette which is vegan as well as vegetarian. Don't forget lots of fresh veggies, hummus, and nuts. Good Luck. I've been a vegetarian for about six months and have lost almost 40 pounds. You'll be surprised how meat will make you feel after going meatless for awhile... that alone has kept me from going back to eating meat.

I am not familiar with morningstar products, but I sugguest eating organic, healthy foods in moderation, some exercise and good rest.

You should have a healthy body in no time.
