Steamed broccoli with some freshly squeezed lemon on top (no cheese). Red and green peppers lightly sauted with a touch of onion :)

cook together zucchini, eggplant, pepper, onions mushrooms with stewed tomatoes. served over pasta-yummy-

Fried bread, beans, grilled tomato, scrambled eggs and hash browns with loads of brown sauce! Mmmmm! I've put on 5lbs just thinking about it.

I had grilled eggplant with cracked pepper, sauteed tomato, onions, pine nuts and almonds with leb bread and tabouli on the side 4 dinner. Sesame seed snaps 4 desert all vegan all yummy & easy.
