Actually it isn't very good for you. It is processed soy. Further, the soybeans used in Morningstar foods are mostly genetically modified. Some of them are quite tasty, I admit--I love the corndogs. But if you want to eat processed soy products go for organic. As much as you can, though, stay away from it. It is better to eat a diet of whole foods, and grains.

Too much of anything is not good for you but compared to meat products, the meatless version is usually better for you. I am a vegetarian and I enjoy Morningstar greatly.

They're fine food, but not nearly as good for you as fruits, vegetables, and grains in general. My wife and I have been vegetarian for a while, and the more time goes by, the less we find ourselves eating the Morningstar stuff. If you have time to cook for yourself, buying fresh vegetables and such is a lot cheaper and a lot healthier.

Define "good." They're better than their omnivorous counterparts, yes, but there are much better food choices that are less processed.

I always eat the morningstar sausage patties and links, and sometimes purchase their crumbles which is equivalent to ground beef or turkey. These items are full of flavor, and I receive no complaints from my husband or kids. Hope this helps.

I used to eat morningstar and boca a -lot-. I've stopped now, sheerly because I don't want that much sodium in my body anymore. High blood pressure runs in the family (both sides) and I'm trying to avoid it.

DESPITE the sodium, the food is absolutely fantastic. =)

They are good for you but a bot high in sodium, so if high blood pressure runs in your family just be sure to eat them in moderation. I personally think they are delish and my kids can't tell the difference between real meat and the morningstar stuff.

Yes soy is really good for you, just don't over do it!

ok i don't really know the answer to this question, i just had to answer though and say, wat a fricken coincedence i bought the exact two same things today and was wondering the exact same thing. scuse me while i read your answers...
