Just set some boundaries for yourself....
1- You don't have to give up the goodies altogether. Eat them and show some control. For example - only eat chocolate candies on Friday. Reward yourself for being good all week.
2- Don't eat after a certain hour. Our bodies (more so our stomachs!) are designed for some "down time" in the evening. Eating sugary snacks in the evening is the quickest way to gain weight b/c we normally aren't active enough in the evening to burn it off. Eat a healthy dinner and have something sweet yet healthy for dessert (like sorbet or fruit). Don't eat anything after 8 pm...and to help fight cravings, brush your teeth at 8. Nothing sweet tastes good after a mouth full of toothpaste!
Good luck

Ya, don't bring them home with you.

Try not to have that many goodies in your house. I love to eat the sugar free jello or pudding with the free coolwhip. I think at night time we all crave bad stuff, not sure why though. I'm craving a bowl of ceral right now. :)

try to have any kind of chocolate that is suger free or do ur own dessert with splenda suger it has no calori but it still tast sweet but for an advice if u tried what i said try not to eat more to think its not fattning efery thing got calories hidden in some place try to eat in small portion or cut it dowm and have a bag of m&ms once a week so u dont have cravings for it all the time

what it is your body is craving nutrients, so it sends the signals to your brain to eat! Thinking that if you simply eat you will get the nutrients you need. It is important you feed your body the right items so the cravings will stop.
www.mannapages.com/ginags and even tho ambrotose is expensive, (it lasts two months if you really stretch it, otherwise one) that will help stop the cravings.

If you cannot control the craving then get rid of the food. Once you are accustomed to eating what is best for you, you will not feel satisified or good when you eat the junk. Although, fruit is good for you. Just cut it up and lay it nicely on the plate and sit down quietly to enjoy the fruit. This will help you to be satisfied instead of just eating a whole bag of grapes mindlessly in front of the computer or TV.

Pam

eat fruit, which is very sweet but very low calorie and healthy for you

get rid of the food that you don't want to eat any more. if they belong to other people in your house, ask them to hid the junk! not having the temptation in front of you will help a ton. you could get the minature candy bars and have one when you want a treat
