Mycopotein/quorn bi-products?!

Question: has anyone heard of quorn vegitarian products, they make what i think is amazing products that i use for cooking all the time-very real tasting chiken patties that have fooled my friends

what im getting at it, their main ingredient is "mycopotein" well i did some research: http://www.vegparadise.com/news16.html

and found out what it was-in short hand, a fungus, but not a mushroom

so does anyone here have a problem with eating quorn products containing 50% mycopotein in every box

because people seem to have a problem with this and think the boxes are "mislabeled"

look up more if you'd like, i just want any opinions, easy 10 pts

No, I never had a problem with it. I don't eat it now because I went vegan, but Quorn was one of my favorite mock meats.

I would like to try the Quorn products, but they went and put egg whites in their product, and as a vegan I won't participate in the suffering of factory farmed chickens.
