What is a good-tasting sugar and salt-free soy milk?!

Question: Any clues? I am sick and tired of all soy milk having added sugar, it's ridiculous! And it would be nice to find a salt-free one.

I believe Eden Soy makes a simple, unsweetened and unaltered soy milk (I've bought it before to make yuba, a Japanese delicacy made by heating pure soy milk and eating the skin that develops, mmmm!). My suggestion would be to buy the Soyabella Soy Milk Maker and make your own - you can put exactly what you want in it, it's less than $1 to make a quart of your own soy, rice, nut, etc. milks. Not to mention you'd be reducing all the environmental impacts of having soy milk trucked in. You can also use it to make soups, grind coffee beans, make tofu, and make rice paste. It's a neat little machine, I got mine shipped for $100 new!

So make your own. Get a soymilk maker, or make your own nut milks by blending 1 part nuts to 3 parts water. Strain.

Well, there's one soymilk called Vitasoy Unsweetened Original Soymilk, contains less than 1g of sugar. But it also contains 140mg of sodium. Sorry, I couldn't find a sodium-free one. :(

You would most definitely find them in health food stores like Trader Joes or Sun Harvest.

I personally like Silk.

hold your nose and fill it with chocolate milk.
