VEGGIES FREAKIN HATE YOU TOO! Now that you have disrespected them they want nothing to do with you!!! they told me that if you eat one they will make you choke and make you have diarreah!!

make spinach-avocado dip...you could even dip veggies in it to make it even healthier...just mix them into stuff (creamed in soups, etc) so that the taste/texture doesn't bother you.

Eggplant is especially good, because it takes the flavor of what you cook with it. And mushrooms are tasty. Try allrecipes.com.

Squash and zucchini. Very, very tasty. It tastes more like fruit than vegetables. Salad counts as vegetables. Radishes, peas are good raw. Carrots and celery dipped in ranch dressing.

If you really hate them but need to have them try juicing!
Juice up some apples and oranges and add some carrots, beetroot, tomatoes etc... dependant on how many you use you won't taste them over the apples and oranges! Experiment with flavours!

I hate veggies to, but I found out with some research that we usually cook them the wrong way and under season them. Try a couple of these:
Under cook asparagus in steam and finish them saute in a bit of butter, salt and pepper.
cook cauliflower in water, dry, and pulse them in the robot with a touch of cream, salt and a good quantity of pepper.
Exploring recopies I found a lot of little tricks to appreciate their flavor. Cooked the right way and seasoned correctly its not that bad !

If it tastes like crap to you, maybe it's not being cooked right. There are many ways to cook vegetables and not just boiling them in a pot- blah. Try roasting a vegetable you kind of like- maybe add some mined garlic, shallots, a little salt and pepper, toss in olive oil and roast in the oven. Also, try looking for recipes that incorporate vegetables into the dish. Sometimes if I make rice, I'll toss in whatever veggies I have in the fridge.

Asparagus, artichokes, mushrooms and bok choy are my favorite veggies. Frozen artichokes taste waaaay better than canned.Fresh is even better but it's a nuisance to prepare.

have meals that have veggies 'hidden in them' nobodys wants to eat a plate full of steamed veg pilled up on a plate on a plate, try things like stir Fry's, speggi bolonaise (grated carrots are good to throw in as well) veggie lasagna, veggie burgers, casseroles, Curry's
also stuff like cowlsaw is nice if its homemade, real beetroots out of those packets are nice as well

well I would say broccoli and spinach they are my favorite. I only like them if they are soft with soup. When you boil them!!

Enjoy the wholesome goodness of some fresh carrots.

You can drink some smoothies with veggies like V8 fusions, if you don't like veggies you can make a delicious smoothie with vegetable but you with only taste the fruit.

grill veggie pizza! that is so good. i am going to go and have a slice now!

carrots are really good and dont have such a string "vegetable" taste. it' probably best to juice different varieties of vegetables. i absolutely despise celery and beetroot but in a juice with carrot apple and orange, gives it a little flavour kick and tastes pretty good.

you wont like just a pile a steamed or cooked veggies tough so try and avoid that. go for seasoning and flavouring your veggies with some dressing or spices. you cook cheese them but its very fatty and wouldnt be good if you only ate them with cheese. try a spice mix that doesnt have too much salt in it.

putting them on a pizza goes well. my sister makes pumpking capsicum and goat cheese pizza with sundired tomato paste instead of plain tomato. best thing ever, especially with some herbs on the top

artichokes, corn, aspareges, brocolli, carrots, green beans, iipickles!!, tomatos, salad, celery..

mushrooms, black olives, green olives, bell peppers, jalepeno peppers, spinach, onions...

i am in LOVE with carrots. RANCH DRESSING ROX! i'm sure you can find some... i no a lot of picky eaters out there, i'm kinda 1 too... but i'm sure that there's something you'll like... tomatos... good, but i don't like them! go to a grocery store and try to find some new veggies... i'm sure there will be something you can find!

Try eating Salads with some chicken strips, with thin slices of carrots, grape tomato's, cucumber slices, add dried cranberries and add a light dressing that is one of your favorites!

1. my chef professor told me a trick to make picky eaters eat more veggies.....blend them up and "hide" them in sauces...you will never even know they are there! just put some spaghetti sauce in a blender along with 1c mixed veggies..you pick wich ones. these are my favorite ones:
eggplant
broccoli
onion
carrot
zuchini
tomato
just chop a few up (1 cup all together) and put in the blender with the spaghetti sauce. blend untill smooth, heat up and serve with your favorite pasta. try different shapes for something different!

2. try cooking them differnt ways than just throwing them in the microwave...
make shish-kabobs! use
grape tomatoes (the little round ones)
pineapple
onions
mushrooms
steak chuncks or shrimp (if desired)
dip in fat free itallian salad dressing
grill till cooked, serve with rice

3. put them into cassaroles you normally wouldnt
tator tot cassarole is my favorite
1lb tator tots
1lb cooked ground beef (if desired)
1onion chopped up
1 can mushroom soup
sprinkle cheddar cheese on top
bake on 425F for 30 minutes

broccoli cassarole
1lb frozen broccoli
1 cup chopped carrots
1 can broccoli cheese soup
4 cups cooked rice
bake 425F 40 minutes

4. oh i almost forgot! you MUST try V8 fruit juice. it has loads of veggies and fruits in it, but it tastes like juice!! i promise its good, i wouldnt eat it if it was gross!! i love the "Mango Peach V8 Splash"

5. any soups are great,
4 cups broth (chicken, vegetable, whatever you want)
2 cups water
1 cup onion
1 clove garlic
1 carrot, sliced
1 potato diced
1 cup mixed frozen veggies
1 cup beef stew meat ( if wanted)
pepper
salt
any other spices you like
boil in a pot for 20 minutes
eat with grilled cheese sandwich, or alone!

well pizza is good. pasta is good. fajita is good too with rice and beans. all these veggies mentioned are very good for you and guess what? they are tasty too!
