Answers: french fries
yougurt
ice cream
cheese
fish
stuffing that has been cooked in a turkey

Vegitarian:
French Fries- Yes.
Yougurt- Yes.
Ice Cream- Yes.
Cheese- Yes.
Fish- No.
Stuffing in a turkey- No.

Vegan:
French Fries- Yes.
Yougurt- No.
Ice Cream- No.
Cheese- No.
Fish- No.
Stuffing- No.

french fries (I eat french when I cook them at home....some places deep fry wings, chicken fingers etc all in the same fryer as the fries)

yogurt - If you are lacto vegetarian yes...some vegetarians do not eat dairy or eggs, some do.

ice cream- same answer

cheese - same answer

fish - no, you are not a vegetarian if you eat fish

stuffing that has been cooked in a turkey - no, it would have turkey juice all through

But what you need to understand is that there are strict vegetarians and there are some not so strict, I think no meat products at all when I think vegetarian....some people think differently!

Vegetarians? I assume you mean a vegetarian that eats dairy and eggs. Vegans wouldn't eat any animal products and would only eat the fries from that list.

As for vegetarians:

Fries - depends what they are cooked in. If it's cooked in animal fat, no. But regular old potato fries in vegetable oil are fine.

Yogurt, ice cream, cheese - yes, if they eat dairy products. Some cheese is made with rennet - an enzyme scraped from calf stomachs though, which means it would not be vegetarian.

Fish - absolutely not, that's still animal flesh.

Stuffing cooked in a turkey - I would consider that non-vegetarian as it is soaked with turkey broth and turkey fat that sizzled and melted out of the turkey's flesh.

no

Fish and stuffing that has been cooked in a turkey can't be eaten by a vegetarian, because no matter what anyone says a fish is still an animal just not a mammal, and the stuffing still has turkey broth in it and sometimes chunks of the meat from the turkey but other than that everything else can be eaten.

All depends on the type of vegetarian -

Total vegetarians eat only plant food. They do not eat any animal foods, including fish, eggs, dairy products, and honey.
Vegans not only omit all animal products from their diets, but they also eliminate them from the rest of their life.

Vegans use nothing from animals, such as leather, wool, and silk.

Lacto-Vegetarians will include dairy products into their diet of plant food.

Lacto-Ovo-Vegetarians eat both eggs and dairy products.

Pesco-Vegetarians include fish into their diets.

Pollo-Vegetarians eat poultry, such as chicken, turkey, and duck.

fish, stuffing from a turkey - no

As for the others, some contain slaughter products, and some don't. You'd have to go brand-by-brand there is no single answer

A couple of the answers above say "yes" to yogurt, but it depends on brand. In the UK, much yogurt ( check out Sainsbury's own brands ) has pork gelatine in it. Yep, dead pigs.....

no they only eat veggies

Depends on the vegetarian. Some vegetarians eat all of those things; some vegetarians don't eat fish or things that were cooked in/with meat such as stuffing, and some vegetarians don't eat cheeses that contain rennet (from the stomachs of baby cows). Also, vegetarians shouldn't eat french fries from some of the fast food places; for example, McDonald's soaks their fries in lard before cooking them to enhance their flavor.

I am planning on becoming a vegetarian (not vegan) soon. Here is my take on the foods listed:

french fries--yes, as long as it has not been cooked in any animal fat. Only cooked in vegetable oil or baked.

yougurt--probably. I'm not sure yet, but I plan to eat milk & eggs, so I think yes.

ice cream--Yes

cheese--Yes.

fish--No! Seafood is still meat. I do not understand the logic of people who do not think it is!

stuffing that has been cooked in a turkey--Nope, animal fat, juices will have dripped on it.

Some of the stuff depends on the brand and what exactly is in it though...

I am a vegan, here's my take:
French fries are potatoes, depending on how you prepere them or purchase them, they may be deep fried in animal fat or some animal by-product. I personally cut up potatoes and bake them in the oven with some sea salt.
Yogurt- Yogurt made from cows milk is OFF my list, however there are some soy alternitaves that offer fruit flavored yogurt and vanilla. They are really good. Silk offers soy yogurt, and whole soy and co is a great brand too, just runs a little more on the price.
Ice cream- is off my list is made from animal products, again there are alternitaves that offer soy and nonsoy choices. These are great tasting and have wonderful textures. my personal favorite is the Turtle Mountain Vegan Mocha Fudge flavor, its GREAT!!!
Cheese- Once again, if processed with casein or milk or any animal product, I avoid, but there are alternitaves, such as Follow Your Heart Gormet Vegan Cheese, they have a handful of flavors that melt great and are great choices.
Fish- Fish is an animal. Some people consider themselves vegetarian if they include fish in their diet, however they are not. Vegetarians do not include animal flesh in their diet, and that includes all animals, which is fish, any kind even the little shrimpies and lobsters...
Stuffing- It is your personal opinion and choice to where you draw the line. I think any food cooked with meat or sharing the silverware or pan cooked with animal products is contaminating the food, therefore making it not veg. I personally don't like the smell of meat and couldn't put food cooked inside of meat near my face, let alone in my mouth, but again, its YOUR choice. Some people will out of convience, but ultimatley its all you.

id eat french fries, like the fast food kind. if they are made @ home then sometimes

yougurt-yes, only organic

ice cream- yes, i try to get the organic kind, but i gotta have my ben and jerrys!

cheese-yes i do, organic

fish- no, i just dont like fish

stuffing- nope, id like that either

Depends on how strict they are.

I would eat all those except the fish and stuffing.

they shouldn't eat fish and the stuffing... fench fries from Burger King is not fried in beef broth thou, its vegetarian. also, they should eat cheese that does not contain rennet

no prally not if there realy against eating meat not the stuffing but the rest ya and fish isnt realy meat i have been told!

what bout caviar? veggis eat eggs...
