Is it okay is half my protein intake comes from dairy products and eggs?!
I average about 65 grams of protein a day, and usually consume about 3-5 servings of dairy a day. I don't know if it's too much ro not...Any advice would be very helpful! Thanks!
Answers: I only eat/drink low fat(usually non-fat) dairy products, and I only eat egg whites. I don't eat meat anymore(except for fish about twice a month.) So the rest of my protein comes from whole wheat breads, pastas, veggies, beans, etc. I was just wondering if the 50:50 ratio was okay.

Its fine where ever the protein comes from as long as you are getting the right amount of nutrients. It sounds like you have an overall healthy diet.
On the plus side, dairy products contain lots of food calcium, which is something women need TONS of. As long as that dairy is all real honest to goodness dairy (make sure you are eating cheese, not 'cheese food'. Cheese food sneaks its way into the dairy but I dont know how, considering it is mostly oil!) Make sure you are also getting a healthy mix of various dairies, so low fat milks and yogurts, real cheeses, that sort of thing, and you will be fine.
I do suggest a good, serious multivitamin, especially for women and vegetarians. You can ask your local pharmacist for suggestions, or mention it to your doctor on your next visit. Many pharmacists and doctors recommend that women between 20 and 50 just take a prenatal vitamin, as it has lots of extra goodies that women need more of. If not, a good vitamin balanced for women is a good idea.
If you're a vegetarian it's perfectly ok. and your food intake sounds quite healthy. :)
your diet sounds quite healthy. plenty of protein and a good balance of amino acids. You obviously know what you are doing and have done some studying about nutrition. About the only thing I can add is watch you B vitamins and fat soluble A & K to make sure you get enough

Lentils are a great source of protein and can be prepared in almost endless ways.
Well to be completely honest (and backed by research), dairy isn't all that healthy. The less of it you consume, the better. If you must consume dairy, consume skim-milk based dairy that comes from organic dairy cows. Non-organic dairy contains hormones, pesticides, pus from the cow's udders being consistently milked and hurt, antibiotics... the list goes on. Not only that, but research has linked daily dairy consumption to diabetes, high cholesterol, and other health problems. Organic dairy can help eliminate the hormones, pesticides, and antibiotics, but it can't eliminate the negative health implications. It's best to eat dairy in limited quantities and opt for organic dairy products. Better yet, try some of the dairy alternatives that are just as packed with protein - soy milks, soy smoothies, so yogurts, soy cheeses - many are just as delicious, much healthier, and guilt-free. Good luck!
Are you a beginner? Welcome.
Vegetarianism never stops at eating habit alone, but is a continuous "journey" beyond. U'll eventually realize that is a... "PHYSICAL-EMOTIONAL-MIND" progress.
Diet influences the state of mind, and the state of mind influences the diet choice, there into Self Realization (Modus Operandi). Food evolution only begins if a "single-step" is initiated by an individual.
Paleolithic Diet
Omnivorous
Lacto-Ovo-Pesco, etc
Vegetarianism
Veganism
Raw Veganism
Crudivorism (fruitorian)
Macrobiotism
Breatharian
You'll find that the above diet evolves from the…
Physical state (survival, ritual, health), then into
Emotional intelligence, EQ , and finally
Intellectual state, IQ (Merging with the Primordial Consciousness in the Abode of the Creation).
Good luck for initiating vegetarianism.
