Yes. Specifically, those with omega-3 fatty acids. They help our brains and therefore our minds, the same way as calcium helps our bones.

Flaxseed oil is excellent for that. If, like me, you hate the way it tastes, it's available in a capsule form.

Fish is one

I do know that soy is high in tryptophan, which increases seretonin and therefore makes us happier.

So, that doesn't quite answer the intelligence angle of the question, but thought you'd enjoy that little tid-bit of info! :)
