- Chocolate chip cookies (2)
Breakfast: soy milk with cereal and later a fruit
Snacks: bread with honey and butter (soy or not), hummus and pita bread, trail mix, sandwich with favorite spread or whatever you want, cherry tomatos, fruits...the list is really endless....

Dinner: Lentil soup then fried rice (chinese style, with fried egg, onions, paprika...whatever you like)
Dessert: Soy pudding (alpro is the best) and almonds and raisins
hope i helped!
Yes, I love food
Today at 8am I had a strawberry/silken tofu/banana and rice milk smoothie.
at 10am I had some peanut butter and jam on toast
at 11 I had a banana
at 1:30 I had some quinoa mixed with spinach, mushrooms, red pepper and green beans and hossein sauce (left overs)
at about 3-4 I will have an apple and grapes.
at 6:30 -7 tonight I will go out for food with my friend (avocado sushi rolls) but Last night I had tofu parmesean (breaded tofu with tomato sauce and vegan cheese) with garlic mashed potatoes, soya and ginger veggies and spinach salad.
I have a kitchen at my work so its easy. I also love big grilled veggie sandwiches....with avocado (I think my husband fell in love with me because of my cooking)...
:) I eat a lot, lol everyday!
EDIT TO ADD: I must say though, that I used to crave salt and cheese and sugar, but once you take meat or cheese out of your diet, you will stop craving it. I also like eating lots of small portions, I'm like a cow, I graze
HI I'm not veg. but my sister is. She has cereal for breakfast. She usually has fried vegetables and a pita or such for lunch and for dinner she usually has packaged "meat" (its fake. Ive had like a corn dog that doesn't actually have any meat in it and it was amazing) and some more fried vegetables for dinner. Or a salad
