avocado has highest nutrition value, it has all kind significant value of vitamins and minerals,
the second is Eggplant / Aubergine it has lots of nutrition value. according to my point of view the best is avocado.
peppers, onions, tomatos or mushrooms are mostly fillers for taste. If you dont like green veggies take a suppliment or drink V8 Fusion.

Broccoli is a green, cruciferous, high-fiber vegetable and is loaded with vitamins. In general, the darker the color, the more nutrients. Thus, sweet potato is better than white potato, romaine lettuce is better than iceberg lettuce, etc.
Also, avocados are fruit, not vegetables.
The best thing you can do is eat a variety! Especially avocado, spinach & kale, garlic & onions, peppers, tomatoes, and other things that have a rich color. The richer or deeper the color, the more beneficial it will be in your diet!
Beets, carrots, and spinach are really good for you, but I think a combination of all the veggies is the best!
