Strange things going on vegetarian?!
I just came back to college and this all started. First it was my back, now its moved down to my hips. I thought it was my soft bed.
I worked out yesterday and maybe thats why my hips hurt now.
Either way, could it be related to my eating. I bit afew pieces of meat today just to make sure Im getting protien.

I am very sure you are on the right way. And is absolutely normal for you to struggle. But don t give up, soon you will see the differences.
My advices for you:
If you feel the need for proteins: you can get quality proteins from beans and you have a great variety: chickpeas, kidney beans, soy beans, lentiles and more. Soy has more proteins than meat. And also some sorts of mushrooms have more protein than meat.
I ve been a vegetarian for 2 years. And believe me I feel great. Search the internet for more advices concerning a vegetarian menu. You will find great resources and reasons for being a vegetarian.
Warch this video from PETA. You will surely feel better!!! http://www.petatv.com/tvpopup/Prefs.asp?...
Yes Protein, but complete proteins and youll need Coral Calcium too.. in fact youd do well, very well, to buy for yourself a good multiple vitamin ... and drink much more purified water... BrianDOC
lol. You are going to try to blame it on vegetarianism when you aren't even a vegetarian yet? Come on now.
"I worked out yesterday and maybe thats why my hips hurt now."----there you go.
Could be sciatica too. It's doubtful that it's a dietary condition.
I can only presume a question this silly must come from a troll.
Now repeat after me………………
You don’t need meat to get protein
You don’t need meat to get protein
You don’t need meat to get protein
You don’t need meat to get protein
You don’t need meat to get protein
You don’t need meat to get protein

You should maybe see your Dr. It could be all kinds of reasons. Your body doesn't ache for no reason!
I've noticed that doing stretches really helps with little aches and pains. It shouldn't be your veggie diet causing you pain, if this is new, you should see someone.
Take care and way to go Veg!
